The Absolute Tae Kwon Do Association was founded by Master John McNally 7th Degree in October 2010.

Mr McNally had been teaching for 12 years already and decided to create the association so he and his students were not restricted by any organisation in what and whom they could share tie with.

This is one of currently 8 Martial arts schools across the U.K

This was a well recived change by Mr McNally’s fellow instructors that he has taught helped or knows.

The A.T.K.D.A has always helped schools & other instructors behind the scenes, Now the Absolute Tae Kwon do Association in 2018 opened uts doors to give other Taekwondo instructors the oppourtunity to fellow member schools and tkd groups.

As such during 2018 and 2019 we can see the new school list start to grow.

The A.T.K.D.A is the founder association that created the International Taekwondo Council the fastest growing true National Governing Body in the U.K.

In 2018 the ITC became an official Government registered and recognised council for TKD and martial arts.

We are members of the International Taekwondo Council, which are a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.
